  • don't kill the future

    don't kill the future

this poster represents my thought of the war in the middle East. It’s hard to read and hear thousands if not million innocent people die base on the decision of a few. Where is the all life is equal talk?

  • poster-I believe in natural beauty, not nature beauty

    natural beauty, not nature beauty

I think there are a lot of options when it comes to luxury and necessity. I think fur is something unnecessary as a fashion statement. It’s hard for me to flip fashion magazines and find a model with fur coat as a symbol of beauty, all I see is animal’s skin on top of human skin.

  • poster-words earn you more respect than guns. Embrace them

    words earn you more respect

I used to live in Baltimore city and violence is not totally a stranger. It’s frightening to hear that murders of teenager happen within blocks of my resident. This poster was created after a 13th years old self-claimed gangster was murdered.

  • poster-This is not funny

    This is not funny

Animal cruelty is not funny. Life is cruel and fragile as it is and playing the lives of others, including animal, does not sit well with me. It’s one thing to eat meat, it’s another to torture them.

  • poster-built to spill

    built to spill

I just read the news the polar bears had to eat their babies to survive this winter. This is undeniable, the ice is melting, whether those who see it or not. Now, on top of the situation above, oil companies want to just drill more oil from the bottom of the ice. They claimed that there is little chance that the oil spill would happen and if they do, they would just pay millions if not billions to “clean up” the mess and recovery the ocean. I am just curious of how they would repay wildlifes that goes extinct.

  • poster-A tribute to the colonel who refuses to give in to the cageless chicken

    A Tribute to the Colonel

The popular fast food chain refuses to use cage-less chicken. All your chicken from that restaurant has been living in the same cage that they were born. Now, seriously, the criminal locked up in the cage has more freedom than the chicken. Talk about mercy.

  • Valentine's Day Poster

    Valentine's Day

I think this is a gift for myself: I am single for the first time in 10 years and V day was weird for me. One way to make my day easier was to make art. I actually sketched for this poster long ago and to have it screen printed for my girlfriend. Well, she doesn’t need it anymore. Anyway, I am happy with result and I am sharing this with you, if you are single as well.

  • poster-Real Estate

    Real Estate 1

This is the first poster of a fictional ad campaign. I think it’s irrelevant for real estate agents to cover half of the poster with their faces when it comes to advertising their services. In my opinion, they should focus on what makes their potential clients comfortable. For example: a pet that awaits at the dog, a dog mat that says “welcome” or a pair of keys that represents a home truly belong to the homebuyer.

  • poster-Real Estate

    Real Estate (Part 2)

This is the second poster of a fictional ad campaign. Real the description from the previous poster for infomation and inspiration.

  • poster-Thanksgiving

    Happy Thanksgiving

I was asked by a friend to make a Thanksgiving notice for his store. Somehow, the conversation leads to the phrase “Gone Turkey”. For the poster, I decided to keep the essence of the conversation by removing the head of the turkey. The overlay text is necessary to draw attention for the customers and non consumers to take a glance of the notice.

  • poster-Where Boris and his friends are

Where Boris and his friends are

This was an invitation poster for a few photographers and friends to dress as mystical creatures to create a photo album of the children story book “where the wild things are”. I was dressed as “Max”. It was definitely an fun experience to be a model for a 5 hours photo shoot. Online photo album is here.
